BATMAN BEGINS Movie Prop Bat with COA

This bat and others like it were made for the scenes in Bruce Waynes Batcave. This bat would have been hung from the ceiling of the cave to appear as though real bats were sleeping there. Made of hard rubber with wire attached to the feet, the bat is painted with a brown and black finish to accurately replicate the look of the creatures fur and skin. Bats were created with different levels of detail.

This bat is more detailed, included the glossy eyes and two-tone paint, than many of the bats created for the production. The bat shows some minor wear but remain in an otherwise good production-used condition, with minimal wear from its use and time spent in storage.
