The horn is made out of a solid material (likely resin) and is styled in very typical "Who" quirkiness. The prop remains in great condition for its age, albeit with signs of use from production. Please note this is note a real trumpet/horn however and cannot be used.
It is a static prop. The prop comes with a Certificate of Authenticity from reputable prop house, Premier Props, who handled the sale of all Grinch props after production had wrapped up. This is a large piece.
