The paper is The Metropolis Times featuring the headline -'LIVE WARHEADS USED ON TWIN MISSILE TEST'. Printed on 1 side, the back side is blank with about a 2 fold on the left side of the paper.

The Newspaper is about 15 1/2" x 21 1/2", in great condition, it has been folded a bit crooked in storage but will look fantastic framed. The prop is Guaranteed Authentic, see the photos.
