This listing is for an original colonist-embryo from Alien: Covenant. The clear-resin was 3D printed with the interior hollow for the embryo, that was made using silicone. The images were taken on the day of the listing, item is in good-condition. As far as I'm aware, all the clear-resin colonist embryos were screen-used, you can see them featured twice in the film.

Once when Walter inspects the third tray to remove a dead embryo, and finally when David reveals his two facehugger-embryos before placing them among the colonist embryos. Originally the facehugger embryos were going to be xeno/protomomotph embryos, but test audience complained that this contradicted the aliens life-cycle and these were later digitally altered to the facehuggers. I've added two screen-shots from the movie showing the embryos featured.
