Batman and Robin Rare Movie Prop. Authentic giant diamond was used on set in the 1997 classic Movie Batman And Robin staring Arnold Schwarzenegger, George Clooney, Chris ODonnell and Uma Therman. This diamond is made of an acrylic material and measures 4 ¼ tall and 5 ¾ diameter and weighs 2 lb 1 oz or 930 grams. This is one of the diamond crystals used in the giant telescope reflector/mirror assembly as seen in Photo # 5 & 6.

The diamond is very clear. There is some silicone residue along the circumference where it was glued to the reflector assembly. There are 8 deep scratches measuring 1/8 or less in length just above the silicone residue.

These scratches are from where the diamond facets touched the metal frame that it was mounted in. There are two small dimples on the face. On one lower facet there are 3 splotches of light blue color less then ¼ in diameter. The dimples and the splotches occurred during the molding process.

This is a very rare piece of movie history. I have not seen or heard of any others in existence. I acquired this diamond prop while working on the movie. Comes with letter of authenticity. An excellent investment as the value will increase as the years go by. The stand in photo # 12 is included. Please examine photos carefully to verify condition.
