Saito (played by Yutaka Izumihara) is Section 9's resident sniper and marksman. He used his sniper rifle in the film from a rooftop to shoot down the Section 6 sniper helicopter after it killed Kuze and was attempting to kill Major. Saito can also be seen in various marketing posters and photographs holding his sniper rifle, as well as the extra features video Section 9: Cyber Defenders. The rifle is approximately 45 long and made of dense urethane and metal.

It comes with Saito's eye pack and cables which are comprised of urethane, nylon and velcro. This item is very large and heavy. Comes with a Propstore of London COA. General production used condition, see photos.
