MGM Auction Antique Silent Film 1925 Ben Hur movie prop Roman shield Hollywood

This shield is nearly a hundred years old as it was made and used in the 1925 Silent movie version of Ben Hur and reused several times since then in many Sword and Sandal Epic movies like the 1951 Quo Vidas and 1959 Ben Hur to name just two major fields. Antique Gold shield from a Quo Vidas Praetorian soldier in mint condition. You will never find a better Quo Vidas shield period. It is 100% metal as well and this shield was first used in the 1925 epic silent movie film Ben Hur, so it has a long and prestigious history. It is 31.5 inches tall by 22.5 inches wide.
