Original Mortal Kombat (1995) Screen Used Movie Prop Prince Goro Hand
Original Mortal Kombat (1995) Screen Used Goro Hand Glove. This Goro hand was used in the 1995 video game to movie adaptation, Mortal Kombat. The hand would have been placed over the animatronic Goro suit armature. It's extremely rare for anything from the Mortal Kombat movie to come up for sale as the company responsible for the effects work in the movie, ADI, have held on to a lot of the props and whatever was released to the public, has sat in private collectors hands ever since. I, was fortunate enough to obtain this from an individual who has close links to ADI.
He was able to persuade ADI to release a number of props from the movie (many of which he still holds). The prop comes with a brief letter of authenticity from him. Considering the hand is 24 years old, it inevitably has some signs of deterioration from age and production use, however it is still in overall pretty good condition, with the foam latex still soft. The inside of the hand is hollow, padded with foam, which would have been placed over the animatronic armature.
