These were giving out as a VERY LIMITED promotion for the DVD release of Pirates of the Caribbean - The Curse of the Black Pearl. A really nice item for true collectors of POTC movie memorabilia.

The first movie was very hard to find items for since Disney wasn't sure it would be a hit or not then. These are not real gold! They are made of metal painted gold for the movie scene.

This item is in the same condition I received it in from the promotion. This was used in the First POTC movie. There are scuffs on the Coin from the use of it in movie. Has been stored with my POTC things for years.
