Note: See last two pics for examples of these style chimp helmets being used in the film. Up for sale is a a nice Planet of the Apes screen used Chimp Warrior Hemet from the 2001 Tim Burton version of Planet of the Apes. These helmets can be seen throughout the film starring Mark Wahlberg.

The costume design for this film was done by four time Academy Award winner Colleen Atwood. It is made out of fiberglass and lightly lined. Overall it's in great condition and appears to have been re-painted on the set due to minor wear under the paint (tiny scratches, chips). Atwood's crew had to re-paint a lot of the armor pieces on set due to various type of damage from the battle scenes. The helmet is complete with original working chin strap and armor neck mesh. The tips of the mesh show a little wear from it's use during filming. The inside is lightly lined and has actor #534 written on the inside and 6 1/2 for I assume helmet size. I will provide a standard Certificate of Authenticity (COA) (see pic). Take a close look at the pictures and feel free to ask questions. This item comes from a pet friendly home.
