I think this is from the underground Lady Proxima Scenes when she speaks to Solo, The underground people were wearing clothes like these. Sprayed Silver with Burn/Blaster marks applied to the front with a rubber type material. Comes with original REDCUP prop Tag with handwritten notations, RED CUP was the working Title for SOLO.
