This prop was acquired by the production for use in the above titled production. From the M Night movie. In great screen used condition with our signed and stamped Certificate of Authenticity COA. One side of mask and center of mask attached with original chicago screws, one side has detached and fixed with butyl'gak tape'. Displays as seen in photos.

These items were all acquired from the production through their asset distribution network, and are authentic pieces used in making the show. All items are supplied with a numbered, signed, and stamped Propabilia COA.

The COA states that the item was used in the titled production. We require a full month in the system before we consider the item lost.
